Ingredients:
4 cups flour
1/2 cup crisco
1 cup warm water
1 tsp salt
Instructions:
Combine the crisco and flour in the electric mixer with dough hook attachment. When well combined, dissolve salt in warm water and add to bowl. Mix for 4 minutes until you have a smooth, elastic dough. Divide into 10 pieces and roll into balls. Let the dough rest for 15 minutes. Roll out into 10-12" diameter circles. Cook on preheated cast iron skillet at medium heat until lightly browned.
