Ingredients:

8 large eggs
1/2 cup Mayonnaise
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
4 tablespoons diced celery
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Put eggs in pot of cold water. Bring up to a boil. Turn off heat and leave eggs for 10 minutes. Peel eggs under cold running water. Cut in quarters. Mash eggs and mayonnaise together to the desired consistency. Stir in remaining ingredients.
