Ingredients:
4 boneless chicken breasts cut in strips
2 cups grated cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can evaporated milk
flour to coat
salt and pepper
3/4 stick margarine
Instructions:
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Melt butter in 13" X 9" baking dish. Flour and season chicken strips and put in pan. Cook for 10 minutes on one side, turn and cook 10 minutes on other side. Mix soup, milk and cheese until thick. Pour over chicken. Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Cover pan with foil and cook for 15 minutes or until sauce is bubbly.
