It is with a heavy heart that I announce Rick's passing. Cooking was his passion, and this website offered him a special opportunity to share that joy with others. Our family is fortunate to have these special videos and memories! It has taken some time, but I do intend to continue to maintain and update this site in Rick's honor. Plans for the future include adding more videos, of course, as well as offering a Big Chef Cookbook featuring all of the recipes on the site. I hope you will help us keep this project moving forward by contributing your own videos and recipes.
The holiday season, from Halloween through New Year's, was Rick's favorite time of year. He loved to cook for family gatherings and preparing special treats to give away to friends. Rick was always in charge of the Thanksgiving turkey! Our featured video below shows Rick preparing a delicious Roast Turkey.
